Great opportunity: we are hiring a tig welder in Wyoming County, New York. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Meals and transport allowance provided.
