Great opportunity: we are hiring a sanitary plumber in Essex County, Virginia. The job is in apartment and housing complexes. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling The role involves replace worn washers, seals and float valves; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns; carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs; fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections.
