Health and safety supervisor — Maricopa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Maricopa County, Arizona. The job is at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Day-to-day duties: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements 2+ years on the tools preferred.
