Fry cook wanted in Magoffin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Magoffin County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
