Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
