Road roller operator • LaSalle Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Six days a week, one day off.
