Fettler wanted in Chautauqua County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fettler in Chautauqua County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection On a typical shift you will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
