What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; write and edit G-code programs at the control; load and index turning tools in the turret; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets.
