Immediate opening: we are hiring a construction labourer in Grant Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a road and bridge project. Day to day you will fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Full-time, day shift.
