Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
