Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
