Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Ocean County, New Jersey. The role involves: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
