Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
