Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Juniata County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) The role involves read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode.
