Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Cleburne County, Alabama. You will be based at an auto components factory. On a typical shift you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
