Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Coos County, Oregon. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
