Dispatch rider wanted in Angus

Join our team: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Angus, Scotland. You will be based at a pharmacy doing home delivery. On a typical shift you will sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation. Requirements: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Full-time, day shift.
