Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Roberts County, Texas. You will be based at a food processing plant. You should have: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts On a typical shift you will recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
