Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Grundy County, Tennessee. The job is at an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence You will operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
