We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Victoria County, Texas. The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
