Aluminium tig welder — Montrose County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Montrose County, Colorado. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day The role involves prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding.
