Paint booth operator wanted in Howard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Howard County, Missouri. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
