Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Faribault County, Minnesota. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Rotating shifts.
