Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Madison County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
