Finish carpenter — Sussex County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Sussex County, Delaware. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. What we are looking for: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists On a typical shift you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
