Urgent requirement: fabricator-welder (California)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in San Benito County, California. Your main tasks: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
