Your main tasks: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Rotating shifts.
