Kitchen steward wanted in Lancaster County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lancaster County, Nebraska. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
