Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Franklin County, Vermont. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
