Now hiring: waterproofing applicator (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On the job you will handle: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding We offer $200 per day plus benefits.
