AC mechanic wanted in Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Jefferson County, Wisconsin. The job is in shopping malls and office buildings. On a typical shift you will commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge. Requirements: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces Full-time, day shift.
