Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Grant County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
