Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application The role involves strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; sand and fill walls before applying primer; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers.
