Excavator operator — Alpena County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Alpena County, Michigan. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
