Automotive paint technician — Beaverhead County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Beaverhead County, Montana. You will be based at an accident repair centre. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns On the job you will handle: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
