Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
