Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Webster County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Full-time, day shift.
