Immediate opening: site safety steward (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site safety steward in Oceana County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
