What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
