Pipe tig welder — Bursari Local Government Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Bursari Local Government Area, Yobe State. The job is on an industrial construction site. Day to day you will weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
