You will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits.
