The role involves apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; check walls for plumb and level as you go; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads. You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline $8,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
