We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level On a typical shift you will lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings.
