Back-of-house cleaner — Greene County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Greene County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
