You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
