Refrigeration installation technician • Tripp County, South Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Tripp County, South Dakota. You will work in a commercial cold storage facility. On a typical shift you will check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; fault-find control boards and defrost timers. Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Rotating shifts.
