Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Schuyler County, New York. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method 1+ years on the tools preferred.
