HVAC-R technician — South Central Connecticut Planning Region

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in South Central Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns The role involves pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; service split AC units and VRF systems. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
