Immediate opening: dry lining plasterer (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Jones County, Iowa. The job is at a new-build housing development. What we are looking for: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents On a typical shift you will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
