Now hiring: we are hiring a production assembler in Henry County, Iowa. You will work on a production line. On a typical shift you will pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
